The Vision
Jean-Robert de Cavel is the founder and inspiration of the French Restaurant Group, as well as Chef de Cuisine of Jean-Robert at Pigall’s. He takes great pride in all he does, from bringing wonderful dining experiences to everyone entering his restaurants, to his charitable work throughout Greater Cincinnati and the surrounding region. When you ask Jean-Robert what makes his restaurants so great, he simply replies, “It’s not just about the food… it’s about the experience.”
